Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
• We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.
• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, courier issues, or weather).

Order Changes, Cancellations & Address Issues

• Orders cannot be canceled or changed after they are processed or shipped.
• If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If the package has not shipped yet, we will correct it.
• If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we can reship to the correct address (in the same country) for an additional $15 reshipping fee.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

• If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.
• We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.”
• If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we can reship it to you for an additional $15 fee (domestic only).
• Packages returned to sender due to incorrect addresses or repeated failed delivery attempts are not eligible for refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Any customs, taxes, or import fees are not our responsibility and must be paid by the customer.
• Refusal to pay duties may result in your package being destroyed or returned; no refunds will be issued in such cases.
