Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Jonsor! However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. Please read our refund and return guidelines below.


Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be granted in eligible cases, such as:

    • Orders cancelled within 5 hours of purchase

    • Lost packages (if confirmed after investigation)

    • Wrong, defective, or damaged items (must be reported within 24–72 hours)

  • All approved refunds are subject to a 15% processing fee, which helps cover transaction and handling costs we incur from payment providers.


Return Policy

  • If a return is necessary and approved:

    • The customer must email us first at info@jonsor.com with a reason and photo/video evidence if applicable.

    • Returns must be in original condition: unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

    • Return shipping fees and any applicable taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.


Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Items

  • If you received the wrong item or your product arrived defective or damaged, please:

    • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for visible damage, or within 3 days for incorrect/defective items.

    • Provide original, unedited video and photo proof, ideally an unboxing video.

  • We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items marked as final sale or purchased with a gift card

  • Personalized, custom products

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Requests made after the eligibility time frame (e.g., after 3 days)


Refund Process

  • Once your return (if any) is received and inspected, or your claim is approved:

    • We will issue a refund of up to 85% of your order value.

    • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

    • Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process it.
